Chef/Owner Bryan Malcarney's culinary gem in Westport, Connecticut has a style all its own. His cuisine simmers with hints of his extensive travel and of New York’s French Culinary Institute, where he received his formal training.

Blue Lemon, which has earned rave reviews from both the New York Times and the Zagat Survey, has become a cozy refuge for diners seeking a culinary experience. His wife Tamsen, designed the interior of the restaurant, with intimacy in mind. Warm, yellow walls accented with velvet banquets, votive candles, and blue sconces accomplish this.
